Emma Lee Arnold, age 97, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. She was born in Yorktown to Fritz and Louise Pakebusch. Emma Lee was employed by OK Courts then worked for over forty years in the restaurant industry in Cuero. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, playing cards and dominoes and spending time outside on her front porch with friends. She loved spending time with her family, it meant the world to her…it was always evident in her infectious smile and joyous laugh, living life to the fullest through simple pleasures, including a pint of ice cream, Polka music and an ice cold Milwaukee's Best.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Clarence and Frank Pakebusch.

She is survived by her two daughters, Lorraine Lucas and Mary Land; grandchildren, George Hallmark and Sonya Delgado, Claude and Amanda Hallmark, Laurie and Jay Soule', David and Debra Fikac; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Jacob, Sierra, Dylan, Katherine, Elijah, Chloe, Ava, Samantha (Jon), Chris (Chelsea) and Rebecca and great-great-grandchildren, Lily, Harrison and Olivia.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
