She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry McCormick and Patricia McCormick.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Wayne Taylor of the home; two sons, Gregory Taylor of the home and Brett Butler of Virginia; two brothers, Willie McCormick (Maria) of Floydale, SC and Robert McCormick (Jennifer) of Lumberton, NC; one sister, Marie Hedgpeth (Mark) of Orrum, NC; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.
The memorial services will be held in Floyd Mortuary & Crematory Chapel in Lumberton, NC with Rev. Royce Stone and Rev. Steve Britt officiating.
