Michele died at home in her sleep on Monday the 17th of May due to renal failure. We know she is with Jesus and no longer knows pain or suffering. She will be missed by her friends and family who she frequently prayed for, visited, and called. She is survived by her father Marvin Graves, his wife Mary Jane, her Brother Martin Graves, Sister-in-law Sherry Graves, niece Erica Massey, and her husband Shon Massey, and her niece Savanah Bean.

Michele was a Who's Who among American High School Students, Graduating with honors and a CSF Gold Seal Barer, and Vice President of her senior class. Michele was the Parade Marshall at the Lions Charity races in 1977 at O'Brien Stables where she met Buck Owens, Bakersfield Sound legend and Dick Rowbottom, president of Warner Cable Television. There were over $170,000.00 dollars in prize money that day and the O'Brien Stables has awarded 15 million dollars in prizes as of that date.

Michele was a Homemaker during her marriage. She worked for Shafter High School District as an instructional assistant in math and English. She also worked in administration for San Joaquin Community Hospital. Michele volunteered at Valley Baptist Church with the kitchen team, Kern Medical Center cuddling newborn babies, and various Kern County Human Services organizations. Michele now serves her Heavenly Father full time.
