Desk Sergeant LOUIS H. EILBACHER, 60 years old, of the Western Distrit, who had been ill since last December, died yesterday at his home, 2245 Wilkens Avenue.
Appointed to the force in 1886, he was raised to the rank of sergeant 10 years later.
Besides a widow, Mrs. Annie Eilbacher, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Harry E. Seidel, and two grandchildren, of Tacoma Park, Maryland.
