"Charles Roden, sixty-one years old, died at 9:30 Saturday morning at the home of his sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Baker, 420 South Beaver street of a complication of diseases after a brief illness. He was born in Pittsburgh and has been working for the Farnum Cotton mills for many years. A brother Peter and the following sisters survive: Mrs. Elizabeth Baker, Anna, wife of William Brickner, Catherine, wife of John J. Litch, and Christina, wife of H.E. Imhoff, Jr."
