Kathleen May Kelly, 87, passed away on May 23, 2021 at her home. Kathleen was born in 1933 in Teddington, England to the late Robert and Rita Clark. She married Robert "Bob" in England in 1953, while he was serving with the United States Air Force. They returned to the United States in 1957 and lived in Chicago, until 1969 when they moved to Glen Burnie, Maryland to raise their family. Kathy was a homemaker. While she was raising her children, she became active in volunteer work. She was a member of the Transatlantic Brides and Parents Association since 1961, and was president of the "Winkle Pickers" until they disbanded. Kathy and Bob travelled to many different countries in her later years and were able to see many places that they had always hoped to visit. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, quilting, camping and travelling. Kathy also enjoyed keeping in touch with "girls" she had known since childhood and remained lifelong friends with, due to the miracle of Skype. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Robert T. Kelly; her brother, Jack Clark; and sister, Margaret Wilson. She is survived by two sons, David Kelly and his wife Cathy, and Steven Kelly; grandchildren, Andrew Kelly and his wife, Jamie, and Melissa Kelly; and siblings, Dorothy Kauffman, Michael Clark, Bob Clark and Bernard Clark; as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave SW (at Crain Hwy.) Glen Burnie on Thursday, May 27th from 5-8 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday, May 28th at 1:30 PM. Private interment at MD Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to St. Jude's Research Hospital, 501 ST. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or at www.stjude.org
