Vivian Nadine Stone, age 99, a resident of Braymer, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at Golden Age Nursing Home, Braymer, Missouri.
Vivian was born the daughter of Charles Alfred and Rebecca Lorraine (Foley) Lane on February 8, 1922, in Braymer, Missouri. She was a 1940 graduate of Braymer High School. Vivian was united in marriage to Roy Stone on September 3, 1941, in Ludlow, Missouri. He preceded her in death on March 15, 1993. She worked for Stride Rite Shoe Factory for many years. Vivian was a member of the Church of Christ, Cowgill, Missouri.
Survivors include three sons, Jim Stone and wife Joyce of Cowgill, Missouri, Larry Stone of Smithville, Missouri, and Leon Stone and wife Karen of Kearney, Missouri; two daughters, Shirley Mallory and husband Gary of Belton, Missouri, and Beverly Fields of Kansas City, Missouri; eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Roy.
Funeral services will be held at the Church of Christ, Braymer, Missouri on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. A visitation will be held at the Church of Christ on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Pitts Funeral Home on Friday, May 28, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri.
