Tony Lorin Henderson, age 75 of Leitchfield, KY passed away May 22, 2021 at Owensboro Twin Lakes Regional Hospital. He was born in Breckinridge County, KY on March 30, 1946, the son of the late Will and Maud Davis Henderson. Tony retired from the Breckinridge County Road Department, was a former janitor at the Breckinridge County Vocational School and spent many years farming. He loved his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren, he enjoyed fishing, collecting scrap metal and having a good cup of coffee on his front porch.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several siblings: Wilford, Teddy, Terry, Stan and Don Henderson, Pam Ombermiller, Kathleen Fisher, Juanita Chapman and Freda Rich.
Tony is survived by his wife Lisa Wright Henderson of Leitchfield, KY
4 daughters: Kim Parsons (Jeremy) of Hudson, KY Lisa Taul (Brad Kiper) of Hardinsburg, KY, Jessica Henderson and April Meyer of Leitchfield, KY
7 grandchildren: Shaylynn, Katelynn and Gracie Smallwood, Sophia and Ivory Parsons, Jasmine and Zachary Henderson
2 brothers: Laddy Henderson (Faye) of Whiting, IN and Roy Henderson of Illinois
2 sisters: Dorene Edwards and Lois Dearinger of Louisville, KY
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 10 AM with burial in the Glen Dean Cemetery.
