Funeral services for Joy Mae Lee Long were held Sunday, March 20, 2005 at Hemphill Star Church, the Rev. Mike Hein and the Rev. Joey Rudisill officiated. Burial followed in Hemphill Star Cemetery. Joy Mae Lee Long, 75, of Sieper, passed away Friday, March 18, 2005 at Healthsouth Riverside Hospital. Mrs. Long was a member of Hemphill Star Church. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Cleo Long; her sons, Randolph Lee Long and Kelvin Cleo Long; her father, Isaac Lee; her mother, Alice Ball Turner; and stepfather, Volrey Turner. Survivors include her two daughters and sons-in-law all of Sieper; her five grandchildren and her five great-grandchildren.
