Our Grand Old Lady. Her longevity far surpassed that of most of our other companions. Incurable cancer befell her, just as it had 2 of her daughters, and at at least 2 sons, so we had to have her put to sleep as well. Daughter of Katie, granddaughter of Jane. Age is correct. She was alive and had kittens when we got Freckles in 1989.
