Ethel J. Williams, age 73, of Elizabethton, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021, at The Waters at Roan Highlands. A native of The Republic de Panama, Ethel is a daughter of the late Millard Bickley and Mary Endregeta (Fletcher) Williams. She was of the Christian faith. Ethel was a proud veteran of the United States Army where she served for approximately 10 years. She was an avid dog and horse lover and enjoyed crocheting, crafting. She loved all things Patriotic.

Ethel J. Williams leaves behind to cherish her memory:
Brothers: Watler E. Williams and wife, DeRhonda, of Elizabethton,
Walter W. Williams, of Johnson City;
Niece: Julie Maria Williams and husband, John Gabel;
Great-nephew: Jonah Williams-Gabel
Best friends: Ralph and Kitty Moore, of Elizabethton;
And her beloved dog: Maggie Mae.

The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Ethel J. Williams in a graveside service with military honors to be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2021 in Mountain Home National Cemetery. Those who wish to attend are asked to meet at Mountain Home National Cemetery on Tuesday by 12:50 pm. Serving as pallbearers will be Jonah Williams-Gabel and Ralph Moore.
