Elizabeth worked for 21 years as a cook at McLaren St. Luke's Hospital. She enjoyed cooking for her family and loved collecting cows. She also enjoyed trips to the casino and trying her luck on the machines.
Elizabeth leaves behind her husband, Chuck; children, Andrew, Andrea, Aaron and Andy; granddaughter, Mia; and brother, Douglas Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Charles.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, May 29, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. with interment to follow at Lake Township Cemetery.
