She was born September 28, 1962 in Leitchfield, Kentucky to the late Charles Edward Renfrow and Ruby Mae Shields who survives. Cindy was a office manager for many years, enjoyed photography, drawing, painting, her puppies Blush and Annie and watching westerns. Other than her father she is preceded in death by maternal grandparents Robert Revel and Joenell Fields Shields; paternal grandparents Albert Renfrow and Sha "Lottie" Renfrow Puckett; one brother Charles Revel "Chuck" Renfrow; two aunts Reva Nell Shields and Alice Fay Shields Hawkin; five brother in laws Phillip, Ricky, Donnie, Ronnie and Gary Lee; two sister in laws Susie Williams and Marilyn Lee; father and mother in law Cloy and Louise Lee and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
