Jo Anna Adams, 80, of Chattanooga, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 20, 2020.
She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and wife to the late Stephen Adams. Often called "Jo" but more commonly "mamaw" she was full of life and always enjoyed being with her family. She walked in faith and had a deep love for our savior Jesus Christ. We know that she is in Heaven making people smile there just as she did here.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Stephen Adams, Mother; Helen Lynn; father, William Hudson, and Brother; Richard Hudson.
She is survived by her children: Kem Adams, Melody Romita, Brigette Adams, and Steve Adams. Siblings: Cindy Gilbert, Kay Hudson ,George Lynn, Danny Lynn, Grandchildren; Alli Card, Katie Renfro, Kyleigh Eaker, Stephen Nechy, Joseph Martin, Christopher Adams Great grandchildren; Anthony and Michael Eaker, Neylan Daughtrey and Easton Haynes, Kyler Haynes, and many others that loved her.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Joey Manis officiating.
Visitation will be from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020 prior to the memorial service at Hamilton Funeral Home.
