Michael "Bubba" Caldwell went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at home with his family by his side. He was born August 1, 1983 in Waco, Tx.
Michael enjoyed spending time bbqing with family and friends. He loved spending quality time with his wife and daughters. He also enjoyed doing wood working and collecting arrow heads.
He was a member of the Class of 2002 at Mart High School before graduating early in May 2000.
After graduation Michael worked as a custom cabinet builder for some time. For the past 16 plus years he has worked for Limestone Contractors.
Michael is survived by his childhood sweetheart and wife Suella Devaney Caldwell along with three daughters, Josephine, Madison and Christina Caldwell all of Thornton. His mother and step-dad Sandra and Jerry Holder of Ben Hur; a second dad Keith Necessary of Mart: three sisters Kristi Upton of Mart Keri Necessary of Groesbeck and Jaclyn Anderson of Bellmead; a brother in law JR Upton of Hillsboro; three nephews Stephen Upton lll, Charles Bane Upton of Mart and TJ Upton of Hillsboro; five nieces Alyssa Upton of Mart, Tiffany Bell of Hillsboro, ShaLynn Necessary of Groesbeck along with Makiyah and Serenity Miles of Groesbeck; Grandmother's Ann Caldwell of Ben Hur along with Brenda Puryear and Audie Whitman both of Waco. His in-laws Peggy and Robby Devaney of Mart; brother in-laws Andrew and Brad Devaney and his wife Veronica all of Baytown.
He is also survived by a numerous amount of special aunts uncles and cousins; Michael also has two special brothers BJ Thompson of Killeen and Jamey Calvery of Abilene.
Michael was preceded in death by his father Charles Caldwell: grandfather's Ernest Caldwell, George McClane Jr. and Beauford Gale Puryear.
Visitation will be held Sunday, May 23rd, 5 to 7 pm at Littlepage Funeral Home in Mart. Burial will take place Monday, May 24th at 11 am at Kirk Cemetery in Kirk.
