Carol was truly a one of a kind person. She was always accepting of everyone, no matter the circumstances. She was encouraging, funny, kind, and loving. She spent a lot of her free time painting and doing wood carvings. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Carol is survived by her daughter Karla Likens (Matt); grandchildren Andrew Miniear (Stephanie), Rachael Hoover (Grant), Zachary Royer, and Bryce Rouillard; great-grandchildren Raena Resler, Bentley Breeze, and Ripley Hoover; brother Dewey Whetsell (Louise); long-time partner John Pugsley; and daughter-in-law Tammy Reynolds.
She is preceded in death by her parents and son Gary Reynolds.
