He is preceded in death by his father, William Hughes; grandparents, Jack and Winnie Elliott, and Jack and June Barnes; uncle and aunt, Bob (Kim) Owens. He is survived by his mother, Scarlett Hughes; children, Shane Hughes II and Jaxon Hughes; sister, Natalie (Jeff) Smith; second father, Melvin Roush; brother, Will Hughes; niece, Bailee Smith; nephew, Brayden Smith; uncle, Wayne (Willa) Owens; special family in West Virginia; aunts, uncles, cousins; other extended family and friends. He will be sadly missed. Friends may call at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 12:00pm until time of funeral service at 2:00pm.
