Gail Ann Hughes, age 76, of Greeneville, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at Greeneville Community Hospital East. A native of Hackensack, NJ, Gail is the daughter of the late Edward Allen and Jean Hendrickson. She was a member of the Greystone Free Will Baptist Church in Greeneville, TN and a former employee of Axis Security in Johnson City. She loved playing tennis and gardening and was an avid motorcycle rider. In addition to her parents, Gail is preceded in death by one brother, Donald Voorhis and son, Jamie Hughes.

The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Gail Ann Hughes in a funeral service to be held at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, May 29, 2021 in the chapel at Valley Funeral Home. Reverend Roger Stockton and Reverend Todd McLaughlin will officiate. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 29, 2021 and will continue until service time at Valley Funeral Home. A committal service will be held at a later date in Mountain Home National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial donations be made to the Philippines Missions Fund, C/O Greystone Free Will Baptist Church, 5345Greystone Road, Greeneville, TN 37743.
