Judy Lynn Fowler, 69, of Morgantown, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 13, 1951 in Fairmont; the daughter of the late Hugh F. and Hazel Belle (Jones) Stiles.
Judy was a graduate of East Fairmont High School. She retired from Chestnut Ridge Behavioral Medicine as the billing manager. Judy was a volunteer crossing guard at Skyview elementary. Judy's granddaughter Alexandria was her everything.
Judy was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Howard L. Fowler of Morgantown; her son, Michael Fowler and his wife, Lori of Morgantown; her granddaughter, Alexandria Fowler; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her sisters, Karen Campbell, Joann Stiles and Shelia Swank.
In keeping with her wishes, Judy will be cremated. Family and friends are welcome to call at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant St., Fairmont, on Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 p.m., at the funeral home, with Pastor Rance Berry II, officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
