Kevin was born July 27, 1972 in Longview, TX to Gary Dean and Becky Butler Clark. He was a long-time car salesman for Hope Auto Company and later owned KC's Wrecker Service.
Kevin was preceded in death by his wife April Carlton Clark; his grandparents Bryan and Mary Jo Clark, Jack and Jean Butler; stepmother Kathy Clark.
Survivors include his daughters, Kaylee Clark of Hope and Carlee Clark of Greenbrier; a stepson Carter Krishna of Greenbrier; his parents Gary Dean Clark of Hope, and Becky Williams (Sonny) of Texarkana; a sister Stacey Davis (Richard) of Kingston, OK; two uncles Greg Butler (Sherry) of Hot Springs and Charles Ray Clark (LaRae) of Wake Village, TX; an Aunt Debbie Butler of Hot Springs; two nieces Taylor and Tatum Davis of Kingston, OK; a host of relatives and friends.
