Bonnie L. Sattler, age 92, of Omaha, formerly Lexington, died on Friday, May 21, 2021, at the Esprit Whispering Ridge Care Center in Omaha.

Bonnie was born on December 7, 1928 in Sumner, NE to Ted and Jessie (Todd) Thomas. She attended Sumner High School and later attended the Lincoln Business School. Bonnie married William L. Sattler of Julesburg, CO on October 8, 1947 in Lexington, NE.

She worked in the bank in Sumner until She met Bill. After they got married they moved to the family farm. Bonnie and Bill farmed near Eddyville, Sumner, Lexington and Bertrand before moving into Lexington in 1968. She moved to Omaha to be close to her daughter, Cinda in 2008. Bonnie's hobbies were talking to people and reading the newspapers from front to back. She was very social and always interested in people. Bonnie always wanted to live life to the fullest and was a good friend to those she knew.

Surviving relatives include her son, Curtis Sattler and his wife Karla of Neenah, WI; daughter, Cinda Henn and her husband Douglas of Omaha, NE; grandchildren, Jaquelyn North, Matthew North and his wife Lauren, Amanda Sattler and Angela Sattler; great grandchildren, Brienne, Harper and Hudson; sister, Beverly Liveringhouse Page and husband Bill of Kearney, NE; other extended family and friends.
