On May 18, 2021, angels rejoiced, and her loving savior welcomed Nancy (Greer) Pitt-Wilcox home at the age of 79 in Surprise, AZ. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Eugene Greer and Doris Elizabeth (Spencer) Greer; and two loving husbands, Homer Lyall Pitt and Charles Edward Wilcox.

Nancy is survived by her brother, Robert Lawrence Greer (Rene); sons, Michael James Pitt (Jennifer) and Jeffrey Lyall Pitt (Taryn); granddaughters, Andrea Carol Hougland (Caleb) and Kingsley Lynnae Pitt; grandsons, Brock Allen Pitt (Brianna), Brice Michael Pitt, Brent Lyall Pitt, Harlan Scott Pitt; and great-grandsons, Hudson Howard Hougland and Sawyer James Hougland.

Nancy was born in Bradford, PA on May 3, 1942 and her family relocated to Corpus Christi, TX during her grade-school years. She graduated from Mary Carroll High School, and attended Del Mar College. She shared a 31 year marriage with Homer Pitt, until his death in 1994, and a 10 year marriage to Charles Wilcox, until his death in 2016. Nancy spent the greater portion of her professional career at Chrysler Financial where she retired with 26 years of service. She was a devout follower of Jesus Christ, and a faithful servant of her churches, Asbury UMC (Corpus Christi, TX) and Shephard of the Hills UMC (Sun City West, AZ). Nancy possessed an innate ability to make everyone feel like family, and exhibited an immeasurable love for her family. She never missed a school event, baseball or soccer game, or musical performance. While her husbands were coaching, Nancy could always be found in the stands beaming with pride supporting her children's interests with her parents by her side. The love of fellowship and faith was the central focus of her life. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren loved to share in "GaGa's" chocolate chip cookies which was a recipe passed on to her by her father. Nancy loved seeing smiles on her family and guest's faces, while always being a gracious hostess with the love of fellowship and faith as a central focus in her life. This classy lady has left a legacy filled with selfless acts, loving memories by the lives she touched, and was revered by everyone she encountered.
