Steven E. Burns, 69, of Bloomington passed away Thursday morning, May 20, 2021 at OSF St Joseph Medical Center.
Steve was born August 7, 1951, in Bloomington IL, to William E. and Muriel M. Burns.
He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. He worked for Eureka Williams company for over 30 yrs. Steven was also a die hard Norte Dame fan, he also enjoyed camping, fishing and classic cars.
He is survived by his sister: Deborah (Larry) Russell; two nieces: Jennifer (Corey) Biggs and Lindsay (Jonathan) Eickhorst; a nephew: Jason (Melissa) Russell; four great nieces: Maura and Teagan Russell and Abigail and Hayden Biggs and four great- nephews: Parker, Colin, Miles and Hudson Eickhorst. He was preceded in death by his parent and his sister Madalyn Tinervin.
Cremation services will be entrusted with East Lawn Funeral Home. No services are planned at this time.
