He was a member, Elder, Deacon and Sunday School Teacher at Heartland Worship Center in Paducah, KY for 30 years; a retired Chemical Operator with Atochem; and a Duke of Paducah.
Mr. Kinsey is survived by his wife of 61 years, Bitty "Mary" Kinsey; two sons, Tony (Cindy) Kinsey of Murray, KY and Marty (Tami) Kinsey of Wentzville, MO; one brother, Eual Kinsey of Lone Oak, KY; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He is also survived by his puppy, Bella.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Parker and his parents, Robert and Wilmuth Winters Kinsey.
Funeral services for Mr. Paul E. Kinsey will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the Heartland Worship Center in Paducah, KY. Rev. Johnny Sams and Rev. Nathan Joyce will officiate. Interment will follow in McKendree Cemetery in Future City.
Pallbearers will be Paul Kinsey, Shawn Kinsey, Ben Kinsey, Caleb Kinsey, Max Kinsey, Sam Kinsey, Mason Kinsey, Rob Harwood and Tom Wilkins.
