She was the youngest child of George and Verna Campbell and sister to thirteen siblings.
She had an unmatched zest for life and a servant's heart that effortlessly infected everyone. She loved Jesus with an unapologetic passion and dedicated her life to introducing Him to all she met. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, generosity, and immeasurable joy and laughter.
Joan was preceded in death by her husband, James Watts, her childhood friend and truest love; parents; brothers, Ralph, George, Homer, and David; sister, Maude and sister, Jeanne, whom she loved like no other; and grandson, Jake Watts.
The family will have a private graveside at Cedar Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons, nephews and friends. Akins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
