She is survived by her husband, Elbert Williams, of the home; sons, Gabriel Hurley and Michael Hurley, both of Troy; father, Paul Emmanuel Singleton of Star; mother, Rose Evelyn Moody Singleton of Thomasville; sister, Angeline Freeman of Star; and brother, Stephen Paul Singleton of Seagrove.
Evangeline's body will lie in repose from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 22, at Phillips Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 22, at Suggs Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Rex and Linda Knight officiating.
