Richard Graves was born in Honey Grove, TX on March 12, 1934 to Oscar Graves, Sr. and Mattie (Perry) Graves. He passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Community Living Center.
Richard served honorably in the United States Army from 1952 to 1955. He was self-employed as a lawn care professional.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Oscar Graves, Jr. and 3 sisters and 2 great nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jeremiah Brown, John Henry, Mark Embaugh, Glen Frazier, and Freddie Bean, and Dulaney Allen.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be James Frazier, Jerry Frazier, and Ernest Frazier.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Bonham, TX.
