Dale "Beaver" Williams, Clarksville, age 62, passed away May 14, 2021 in Nashville, Tn. at West Meade Place. He was born February 9, 1959 in Clarksville, Tennessee. He was a 1977 graduate of Northwest High School. He enlisted in the US Army in 1981. He received several accommodations ribbons and medals during his tenure. He received an honorable discharge.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Fred Otey, Travis Otey & Douglas Otey and father Fred Otey, Sr. He is survived by mother, Mary Otey, children, Derrick Williams and Nichole Williams, sister, Keisha Clay and brother, Fredrick Otey a host of other relatives & friends.
Interment Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Hooker Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
