Paula Kay Howard, age 56, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021, at her residence. She was born in Harrison County, Kentucky, on October 30, 1964, to Betty Louise Schanding Howard and the late Harold Eugene Howard.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Carley Yazell and Glen "Trace" Yazell, III. She is survived by: a daughter, Ashley (Glen) Yazell; a son, Brett Wade; two sisters, Donna (Harold Jr.) Martin and Lana Jean (Rickey) White; five grandchildren, Tinley Yazell, Charlie Yazell, Raylee Yazell, Brock Wade and Kamden Wade; three nephews, Erick Eugene (Cill) White, Daniel R. (Michelle) Martin and Jarrod L. (Summer) Martin; a niece, Betsy Ranae (David) Thomas; six great-nieces, Dakota R. White, Gracie J. White, Haley F. White, Payton E. Martin, Bella L. Martin and Alana Thomas; and four great-nephews, Liam C. Martin, Nicholas Thomas, Nathaniel Thomas and Tyler Thomas.
A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 21, at Ware Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
