Cynthia A. Love, 64, of Oro Valley passed away March 11, 2019. She is survived by her children, Erin McMahon and Max Lorge.

Cynthia was born in Stuttgart, Germany, to Jerry and Dorothy Love (Roan) while her father served in the U.S. Army. She graduated from Cheyenne Mountain High School in Colorado Springs, CO. and Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. While attending SMU she was a member of Chi Omega sorority and was elected the university Homecoming Queen in 1975.

After taking a break from school to work as a Vista volunteer, she graduated from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA in 1981 and began her legal career. Cynthia worked for the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, the federal 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Arizona Court of Appeals and the District Court of Arizona, where she served for several judges in Tucson.

While she greatly enjoyed the practice of the law, the loves of her life were her two children; Erin McMahon, Denver, CO. and Max Lorge, Tucson, AZ. They will both miss their biggest supporter

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Sunday, April 14, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Vistoso Funeral Home, Oro Valley.
