Arlene Jacobs Meyer, 85, was born in Oshkosh, Neb., on May 9, 1921, to Connie and John Roudebush and journeyed to her heavenly home Monday, Jan. 14, 2008. Arlene settled in Aztec years ago, having moved from Commerce City, Colo., where she lived for more than 40 years happily married to Lou Jacobs and when he passed she moved to be closer to her son in Aztec, New Mexico until her passing of cancer in 2008.
As of 2021 Arlene is survived by her daughter Sharon Jacobs (Denver, Colo). She also has 2 grand daughters by her late son Gary L. Jacobs; Cheryl Hansford and Camelle Jacobs Liittschwager (both Florida), 3 great grand children Brittany Hansford (Florida) and Michelle Hansford Hightower (North Carolina) and Colton Liittschwager (Florida) and 1 great great grand daughter Elena Hightower (North Carolina).
