Born in Boston, she was 87. Louise grew up in Milton, graduating from Milton High School in 1951. Louise worked in the automobile business for many years starting at Dickson Buick in Dorchester where she met and married her beloved husband, on Oct 17, 1953, the late Charles Brown, of 46 years. They moved to Randolph to start their family then moved to East Weymouth. Louise worked many years at the Christmas Place in Abington before retiring.
Loving mother of her children, Cheryl Oriola and husband Michael of Marshfield, Richard and wife Doreen of Yarmouthport, Stephen and wife Karen of Abington, and the late Karen Mangano; and son-in-law, Michael of Mansfield. Along with grandchildren, Cynthia Fram of Norton, Erica Thompson of Scituate, Kristen Bronson of East Bridgewater, Michael, and Amanda Mangano of Mansfield and 7 great-grandchildren. Also survived her siblings, Christyne Murphy and Peter Cooper both of Abington, along with many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister and brother, Barbara Durant and John Cooper.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours at MacKinnon Funeral Home, Whitman, on Monday, May 24, 9-10:30 am. Funeral service to follow at 10:30 am in the funeral home. Burial at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne for family members only.
