Circumstances of death: Died on August 12, 2014 in BMP-2 during a tank battle near the town of Nikiforovo, Donetsk region together with 1LT Artem Abramovich, PVT Petro Barbukh, SGT Yaroslav Antoniuk and CWO2 Dmytro Rudenko.
On November 24, 2014, the remains were found on the battlefield by searchers of the Evacuation-200 Mission (Black Tulip) and brought to Zaporizhia.
Recognized by DNA examination. Buried September 11, 2015.
