Robert Michael Beard was born on February 10, 1977 in Grand Rapids, Iowa
to parents Andy and Judy Beard. He died on May 12, 2021 in Burkburnett,
Texas at age 44.
Robert spent most of his childhood in Salt Lake City, Utah and attended
Arizona State University and Midwestern State University. In his twenties,
Robert worked at Oregano's where he made many lifelong friends. At his
passing, he worked for Toyota as an accountant and loved his job very much.
His favorite job, however, was being a dad.
Robert is survived by his parents, Andrew and Judith Cox Beard; brothers,
Thomas, Jason, Jeffrey, and Scott; Christina Beard and their sons Carter and
Preston; and many extended family members and friends.
Services will be held Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at St. John the
Divine Anglican Church in Burkburnett. Inurnment will follow at Burkburnett
Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett.
