Elmeer Gross
1891 - 1939
Elmer D. Gross in 1900 was a 9 year old boy, the youngest child in his family.
His father, Dennis, was a day laborer who later worked in a steel mill.
By 1910 Elmer worked as an electrician in one of the steel works.
In 1920 he was married and he and wife Pearl had 2 children. They lived on Scotia Place in Munhall.
Elmer died on October 26, 1939 at age 49 of chronic myocarditis. He was interred next to his wife on October 29, 1939.

He was a steel worker.
He died in West Penn Hospital of chronic myocarditis and auricular fibrillation.
Buried on October 29, 1939 with the assistance of the Gillen and Coulter Funeral Home in Homestead.
Section 3, Range 5, Lot 7, Grave 2 in the east tier.
