Phyllis was born Wednesday, September 19, 1934 to Clyde Hale and Mildred (Derry) O'Neill. She lived in the Grady County area for most of her life, worked as a school teacher, and was a long time member of Bible Baptist Church in Chickasha. Phyllis enjoyed art work and loved spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors include 1 son, Anthony Beets and wife Adda of Oklahoma City, step-son, Shawn Pasley and wife Mary Jo of Chickasha, 3 grandchildren, Rebekah Beets, Nathanael Beets, Samual Beets, and 2 great-grandchildren, Drayk Beets, and Ryley Beets.
In addition to her husband Charles, Phyllis was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Beets, and her parents.
