Dellie Clark died Monday, December 14, 1998 in Tulsa at the age of 89 years. She was born September 21, 1909 in Madison, Arkansas to Lester and Ada (Riley) Dunaway. She married Sherman Elbert Clark on August 8, 1931 in Wagoner, who preceded her in death on February 5, 1980. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Danny, in June 1976; two brothers, Lloyd and Bill Dunaway; and a sister, Bitha Clark.
Dellie is survived by her two sons and their wives; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother; one sister; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 2pm Wednesday, December 16, 1998 in the Hersman-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Carl Murphy officiating.
Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery . Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Hersman-Nichols Funeral Home of Wagoner.
