Frank was a family man who enjoyed traveling and cooking. He was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord. He was a longstanding house of prayer member. Thirteen years ago frank started the Friday fish fry at his church. Church members looked forward to Friday because they loved his fish.
He is survived by his wife, Cassandra Bradley, children, Shamika, Nykeisha, Monique, Marcus Bradley, and Frank Wagner, one sister, Edith Bradley, five grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
