Beverly "Bev" A. Dean, age 82 of Pigeon Forge, was called to return to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, May 13, 2021.
Bev lived a full life as a nurse. Bev sang for many years in the musical part of the Community Theater, as well as performed solos for many occasions. She was owner of The Silver Platter (a catering company) for 46 years. Later in life, she was a lay speaker for the New England Conference of the United Methodist Church.
Beginning a quieter life in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge in 1999, she became a member of Pathways Church, where she met her beloved friends and adopted families, The Franklins of Seymour and Sevierville and The Theads of Sevierville. Bev loved her fur babies.
She was preceded in death by her parents Winthrop and Elizabeth Andrew, brothers, her son, grandparents, aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her special friends Barry and Samantha Franklin, Beverly Bryan and Suzie Thead.
Per the family's request and COVID protocol, family and friends will meet at 1 PM Tuesday, May 18 in Middle Creek Cemetery , 1830 Middle Creek Rd, Sevierville for graveside service and interment.
