Patsy Lord Carroll, age 79 of Rockmart, GA, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Paulding Hospital. She was born on August 30, 1941 in Buford, Ga. Mrs. Carroll worked at Sears in the finance department for over 40 years. She loved cooking, playing bingo, & was an active member of her legion. Patsy is preceded in death by her loving husband, Raymond Carroll; parents, Mr. & Mrs. Earl Lord; her brothers, Johnny Lord and James Lord and sister, Ama Jean Cates.
Mrs. Carroll is survived by her son, Ryan Carroll; 4 grandchildren; Jennifer Castille, Stephanie Whitaker, Ryan Carroll Jr., and Magan Carroll; and 5 great-grandchildren; Hailey Castille, Sarah Castille, Chase Castille, Lylah Whitaker, and Gaige Whitaker.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Carroll will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Don Rackley officiating. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
