Robert J. Balzano, 69, of Pasadena passed away on Friday, Octoer 16,2015 at his daughter's residence in Westminster.
Born April 11, 1946 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Biago and Dessie Jane (Roberts) Balzano.
He was a retired Baltimore City Public Schools Police Officer.
Surviving are daughter Edith Foster and husband Jon of Westminster, Grandson Robbie Foster and numerous other family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 23rd from 5-7pm with a Memorial Service at 7pm at the Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster. Interment will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
