Michelle Diane Hooper, age 32, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2007. She was born on April 5, 1974 in Valparaiso, IN, the daughter of Joseph and Kathleen (Tomlinson) Hooper. Michelle was a 1992 graduate of Portage High School Michelle had a love of writing poetry and served with the Red Cross to help the victims of Katrina. Michelle is survived by her loving family: mother, Kathy Hooper, Portage; brothers, Joseph (Autumn) Hooper, Jr., Traverse City, MI and Timothy (Sharon) Hooper, Montgomery, AL; and her sister, Amy (David) Stanley, West Lafayette, IN; and other loving family and dear friends. Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Hooper.
