Lisa Dawn McGehee, 55, of Greensboro went to be with the Lord unexpectedly Wednesday September 6, 2017 at her home.

Memorial services were conducted on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Citty Funeral Home in Reidsville.

A native of Reidsville, she was a daughter of Jean Talley McGehee and the late Frankie Orial McGehee and had lived in Greensboro for the past 37 years. Lisa was an employee of the Lidl Grocery Store in Winston-Salem and at the AMF Bowling Lanes in Greensboro. She loved her family deeply, her two daughters that she had always wanted, they completed her world. She was a huge sports fan, loved the Panthers, Cowboys and the Tarheels. Beach vacations were a special family event. Lisa had many friends and she enjoyed helping people.

Survivors include her mother: Jean Talley McGehee of Reidsville, her partner: Danielle Oliver of the home, daughters: Lauren Oliver and Adalene Oliver both of the home, a brother: Christopher Todd McGehee and wife Elizabeth of Reidsville, a sister: Cathy M. Hartley and husband Mark of Glen Burnie, MD, and nieces Sarah Hartley, Liana Fisher, Jade Gomez, and Jenna Gomez, and by many friends who were like family.
