Mrs. Taylor was born on the 8th of December in 1942 in Marshall County, Alabama to Marcus O. Thrower and Teresa Speer Thrower. She was a retired SMT Operator with SCI Sanmina. Mrs. Taylor loved her church, she was a member of the Hebron Church of Christ. Elaine and her sisters were always called "The Golden Girls". She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, anything artsy and making people feel special; but above all she enjoyed the time she spent with her family and friends.
Mrs. Taylor will be forever remembered by her beloved husband of 41 years; sons, daughters, sisters, sister-in-law, 19 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Taylor is at last reunited with her son-in-law, Ken Patterson; two twins; brother, Larry Thrower and sister, Catherine Patterson.
A Memorial Service was at the Hebron Church of Christ on May 15, 2021.
