Crystal Ann Clark, 28, of Louisville passed away Sunday, November 4, 2007 at her residence. She was a former certified nurses assistant and a graduate of Southern High School. Crystal is survived by her daughter, Jamie Ann Pease; her mother, Janice Mudd Grinestaff; her father, David Wayne Clark; a brother, David Christopher Nelson; and her fiancé, Fred Fattore; as well as her grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, family and friends. Her funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road, where visitation will be noon-7 p.m. Wednesday. As was Crystal's request, cremation has been chosen.
