William "Bill" E. Noble passed away on Thursday May 13, 2021 at the age of 76. He was a resident of the city of Central, Louisiana and a native of West Virginia. He was a Navy veteran of the Viet Nam War. Bill was retired from Entergy. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle. He is survived by wife of 52 years Marty Noble; son Tiny Noble and wife Liz, grandsons Nicholas "Nick" Noble and Landon Noble; brother Tom Noble and wife Marta; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Owrey and Georgia Hicks Noble; sister and brother-in-law Joanne and Bud Caldwell; In-laws William and Deannie Collins Tullier. Visitation will be Sunday May 17, 2021 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd. starting at 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will resume Monday at St. Alphonsus Church at 9:45 a.m. followed by a mass at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Tiny Noble, Nicholas Noble, Landon Noble, Dalton Aspholm, Shane Grimmette, and Chris Leep, with honorary pallbearers Barry Tullier and Pat Rivet. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to St. Joseph's Hospice and Oncology doctors at Oschner.
