Kathleen Lois Davis Green, 73, of Danville, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 8, 2021, leaving from her residence.
Born October 22, 1947, at Charleston, WV, she was the daughter of the late Homer Jason and Annie Laura White Davis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dorsey Dale Green; one sister, Helen Conley; and two brothers, Homer Wesley Davis and Clyde Ray Davis.
Kathleen retired from Boone Memorial Hospital after many years of working as a CNA. A devout Christian, she loved going to church and was a member of the Bible Baptist Church at Danville, WV. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Kathleen loved taking care of her family.
Kathleen is survived by one daughter, Katie Jo Roberts; three grandchildren, Skylar Mollett, Laci Ellis, and McKenzie Midkiff; and two brothers, Billy Joe Davis and Danny Ray Davis. Additionally, she also leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2021, at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Phil Rowe officiating.
Burial will follow in Mid Ferrell Cemetery at Bandytown, WV. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
