MANNING, Edward J., 91 of Maywood, NJ passed peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, April 6, 2016.

Beloved husband of 65 years of Elaine (nee Stanion). Devoted father of Dale Manning Thegeby and her husband, Björn and the late Bruce (2006). Father-in-law of Heidi Hass. Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Andrew and the late Stefan Thegeby. Uncle of Susan Miller. Predeceased by 2 sisters, Helene and Dorothea.

A Navy Veteran of WWII, before retiring he was Vice-President of Production for the Hopp Press in NYC. He was an active member of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, Maywood for many years.

Memorial visiting on Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 2 to 5 pm. Funeral service is at 3:30 pm.
