Gladys (Mae) Tingler, 88, of Pasadena, Maryland, formerly of Glen Burnie, Maryland, passed away on May 9, 2021.

Mae was born in Covington, Virginia, on December 14, 1932, to the late Minnie and James Bess.

She worked as a clerk at A&P Grocery Store for 35 years and was a member of Elvaton Baptist Church in Millersville.

Mae loved BINGO, working on jigsaw and word search puzzles, baking, going to church and reading her bible.

Mae was predeceased by her devoted husband of 42 years, Stewart M. Tingler and her eleven brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her loving children, Barbara J. Wills and her husband, Bill, and James M. Tingler and his wife, Christie; her cherished grandsons, Jason and Ryan Tingler; her beloved great-granddaughter, Raigen Tingler; and her many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, 1 2nd Avenue, S.W. (at Crain Hwy) in Glen Burnie, on Sunday, May 16th, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
