Aaron Edward "Rusty" Henderson, 60, of Big Spring, died Sunday, May 9, 2021.
Viewing and visitation will be Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Friday, May 14, 2021, at Myers & Smith Chapel at 2:00 PM with burial at Trinity Memorial Park.
Rusty was born on February 1, 1961 in Clovis, NM.
He lived most of his life in Big Spring.
He was a veteran in the US Army and served in the Honduras.
He was a retired cook and had worked at Cowboy's Restaurant.
He was an avid Sooner fan and loved motorcycles, but most of all, he loved his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife: Donna Henderson of Andrews; three children: Stephanie Gilbert and husband Garland of Big Spring, Whitney Henderson of Big Spring and Aaron Henderson and wife Brittany of Big Spring; the mother of his children: Karen Leonard of Andrews; and ten grandchildren: Breanna, Carter, Brandon, Haylee, Greg, Pebbles, Alvin, Grayson, Stetson and Paityn.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Chuck and Wilma Henderson; and one sister: Laurie Henderson.
